Since 2019

Established in 2019 by Dante Shackelford, our company draws inspiration from his favorite book, “The Handbook of Financing Growth, Strategies, Capital Structure, and M&A Transactions” by Kenneth H. Marks. Initially focused on providing boutique investment banking services to lower-middle market companies, our founder, Mr. Shackelford, made a strategic pivot in January 2020. Leveraging his extensive background in real estate investing and mortgage lending, we evolved into one of the nation’s only full-service advisory and lending platforms for residential real estate investment companies and individual investors.

While traditional M&A investment banking primarily involves advising companies on buying or selling, our approach extends to individual investors acquiring properties. The spirit of our mission remains unchanged.
